Luxury cruise line 6* with ports of call in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Asia, India, Arabia, South America and Caribbean
Is seeking: SOUS CHEF
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background..
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a small luxury cruise ship ( Quality Hotels or Restaurants)
- Fluent English mandatory.
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
Competitive Salary of 3300 usa $ net monthly salary first contract. 6 month contract with two months off rotation. + renew.
